Our Guarantee
Our guarantee covers:
- Defective Materials: Should any materials used in your flooring installation prove defective within the guarantee period, we will replace them at no cost.
- Workmanship Issues: If any issues arise due to faulty installation within the guarantee period, we will rectify them promptly and at no additional charge.
- Proper Maintenance: The flooring must be maintained according to the manufacturer’s recommended care instructions.
- Normal Wear and Tear: The guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear, damage caused by accidents, misuse, or improper maintenance.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase is required to claim the guarantee.
